Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within 6 hours of the order being placed. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it immediately goes to our warehouse for fulfillment and cannot be changed. Additionally, promotional and discount codes cannot be applied on post-orders.

 

Conditions for Exchange:
The product is damaged, defected or incomplete.
The product delivered does not match the product ordered.
The product is in its original and undamaged packing (carefully opened package will not be considered damaged).
The product received does not match the Specs ordered.

 

If you receive a damaged item from Changhong Ruba:
We take great care in packaging our products, so they are transport worthy. None the less, if an item ordered by you on Changhong Ruba was delivered in a damaged condition, please email us at sales@changhong.com.pk within 24 hours of material received. We will contact the courier partner and initiate a transit damage claim. Once the material is received back, replacements will be sent out to you.

 

Please note that:
The minimum time for processing return or exchange is 07 working days.
In case of REFUND, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
In case of Exchange, Customer will bear the shipping and handling charges.
